Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

The only items we can't accept back:

  • Items with intentional damage or alterations*

Changed your mind before shipping?Contact us ASAP! If we haven't shipped yet, we can cancel and refund immediately.

Common Shipping & Return Questions

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

First, check your tracking number. If it shows delivered but you didn't receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look for a delivery notice
  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)

Still missing? Contact us immediately - we'll either resend or refund you. You won't be out any money.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If we haven't shipped yet (within 24 hours usually), yes! Contact us ASAP with your order number and new address.

Once shipped, we can't change the address, but you can contact the carrier with your tracking number to request a hold/redirect.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes! Standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available. Express and Rush shipping are not available for P.O. boxes.

What if I order multiple items?

All items ship together in one package. If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you with options:

  • Wait for restock (usually 7-10 days)
  • Ship available items now, backordered item when ready (free)
  • Cancel backordered item and refund
